From Sony's Playstation Europe website comes this highly addictive browser-based turn-based multiplayer game similar to the famous Worms, or also Tanks, the Conquer Antartica game and the Bowman game. Excellent job by the folks at Bloc Media in the UK, who also made 2 games already reviewed here : Pop pirates and Stackopolis. Quick registration before playing and then choose a team. Move your buddy with the keyboard arrows and adjust your shoot with the mouse.

 Bomb wars
In this game, which is obviously inpired from the Tron movie, you fight against an opponent by throwing energy balls on him (or her) and escaping his or her shoots. There is a big black hole between you and your opponent in which some nice powerups appear from time to time. Throw a ball on the bonus to grab it. You just need to login with an email (that won't be verified) and then you can play in multiplayer mode. Move with the arrow keys, press the spacebar once to set the direction and press again to start the shoot.

 Mini Golf Multiplayer
All is in the title. The interface is very simple, chose a name and log in (no email necessary). Then challenge a buddy on 18 holes. Flashgames247's games are not always of the best quality and this is not the best mini golf game ever made but the multiplayer feature is worth trying it.

DOFUS is a growing and promising MMORPG game (over 600,000 registered users). The game is developed by a team from the north of France and was originally published in french. Unlike the other games presented in this directory, this one can't be played on your browser but it's really worth taking the time to install it on your computer. You must register and download the game (about 50Mo) on your computer (compatible with Windows, MacOs, and Linux) before starting. You can play for free, but for a fully functional game you must pay about 5€ a month which is not expensive for such a great game. DOFUS offers a unique blend of tactical fights, role playing game, mad humour and colourful graphics. The evolutionary structure of this online video-game and the regular additions and modifications are some of the reasons for the game's success.

 Massively Multiplayer Pong
This is more a concept art than an actual game. Massively Multiplayer Pong is exactly what it sounds like. You'll be assigned a team randomly, and receive a semi-transparent circle that represents your influence within the game. Moving your mouse up or down will move your influence, always keeping your circle horizontally aligned with your mouse pointer. Boring but fascinating.
