jp	2007年六月 28日 12:11	Salut Yanism, c'est jsute des points upplémentaires les étoiles (10 ou 20 points je ne me souviens plus). J'ai toujours le dévelopement de Jump Gear 2 en tête mais pour être honête va falloir attendre un moment (fin de l'année?). Mais plus l'attente est longue mieux sera le résultat. En fait j'aimerais mélanger faire un système à la Capsules où on peut créer ses propres niveaux... English : Still jump gear 2 in the plans but might be quite long before release (en of the year?). Jump gear 2 will be a mix between Capsules and Jump gear.

spaceplant	2007年七月 8日 10:16	That last level is so hard. Now I can go through all the other levels with no problem at all, but in the last on, I don't even come close to making it. The physics is very nicely programmed and work very fast. I wonder how you get it to run so consistent at a proper framerate. Do you use a common physics engine, or is it programmed specifically for this game? I am really impressed with how nice and smooth it runs, at the same time that it looks great. I have encountered an instability though. Sometimes the car can get "shot" out of the picture and be completely gone, if you hit a hill or something fast. Doesn't happend much though.

jp	2007年七月 9日 08:15	Hi, it's a custom engine in Flash 8. That's why it's so fast, I draw the stage on a bitmap scrolled until it needs to be redrawn. The collision is vectorial (based on circle collision). I would like to make a tutorial but I need more spare time

I have an eninge ready with the same kind of curves used on JG but you can place the cure ni all directions, unlimited possibilities. Will use the engine for another game first. Then will come JG2 with level sharing system. OK let's say before the end of august

jp	2008年八月 12日 11:56	No more proimses, I'm currently developing the v2 right now! But as you know I don't like to make the same game twice, it's quite different. For now the concept is less (no?) powerups, just a race against time, and inspired by the concept of Line rider / Free rider.

The game will be available on BL at first for testings and level design; but there will be also a standalone version also on pepere of course.
